The hotel will charge mandatory gala dinner on December 24 and 31. Rate is PHP 1,250 per adult while kids 6-11 years old will be charged 50%. Payment to be settled at the resort.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: -

SPass is no longer required as well as pre-booked tours.

You just have to present your confirmed hotel booking, valid ID, and vaccination cards prior boarding and upon arrival. Fully Vaccinated (12 years old and above: Identification Card, Vaccination Card, Proof of booking to DOT accredited accommodation establishment. Partially & Non Vaccinated (12 years old and above): RT PCR negative test done at the DOH licensed laboratory taken 72 hours prior to boarding/travel, Valid ID, Proof of booking to DOT accredited accommodation establishment.

Children 5-11 years old: If accompanied by fully vaccinated parent/guardian, COVID-19 tests are no longer required; If the accompanying parents or guardians are partially vaccinated or unvaccinated, a negative RT PCR test done by DOH licensed laboratory/RHU is needed, taken 72 hours prior to travel.

Children 5 years old and below: No Covid Test Requirements. Birth Certificate or any documents to prove kids’ age.

WHILE IN CORON: - Required to pay the Environmental Fee of PHP 200 per person at the airport/Tourist One Stop Site located at the entry points of Coron.

Tours / diving - booked and is submitted during S-PASS application .

Tourist manifesting Covid-related symptoms will isolated in the hotel/resort isolation room .Coordinate with Municipal Government / Municipal Health Office for evaluation / instructions - RT PCR testing to be recommended as necessary - If positive, all expenses related to medical, accommodation, and other services will be assumed by the tourist until recovery .

TOURS/DIVING - 7:00am until 5:00pm only - 50% capacity of the transportation PROTOCOLS IN CASE OF ILLNESS.

Immediate isolation of guests who will manifest Covid symptoms - Municipal Health Office will facilitate immediate assessment.

While waiting for the RT PCR test results, guest/s will be brought to the resort's isolation room .
Should the test result be positive, guest/s will remain in the isolation room until recovery or will be referred to the nearest available healthcare facility if needed .
All expenses such as but not limited to medical, hotel, rebooking of tickets borne out of the additional health protocols or in case of COVID-19, shall be on the account of the tourist .

Really amazing stay, would definitely recommend!

The staff were absolutely incredible and bent over backwards to meet all of our requests. They were always so polite and with a big smile on their faces. The sunset bar was lovely with great music and the most beautiful spot to watch the sunset. Lovely pool facilities and the bedroom was extremely comfortable with a big bathroom and shower. We rented mopeds and could always get a tricycle from outside the hotel. Would recommend you eat at Island Boy for amazing seafood and grill, also live music which was a great vibe. Overall, would definately return again.

The first room was noisy with the pool staff speaking loudly just below our balcony in the mornings but the reception staff were amazing and instantly moved us to a quieter room on the other side of the resort. Don't forget to put a 'do not disturb' sign on your door as housekeeping did walk in most mornings when were sleeping. Otherwise no complaints, we were really impressed.

Really great resort, excellent facilities, great location, easy to get into the town, helpful staff, easily bookable excursions, we decided on a private boat tour and that was fantastic.

It was good enough.

It fit our budget. The hotel is beautiful but it needs a keeping up on the whole garden. The garden was great but stuff are run down. It could be gorgeous like the rest of the pool area where other people can rest as the pool is small.

The breakfast options was very limited. There was a lot of fruitflies.

Will definitely come back!

- Service The service had higher standard of Marriott hotels, similar to Ritz and St. Regis. The reception helped book the SPA, transit van to the airport, even online checking and print our boarding pass. One day we got up very early, 5:30 am, to go on a tour. The receptionist noticed us and gave us two baked sandwich and drinks as breakfast on the road. We are platinum members of Marriott but they had never been such sweet as Bacau bay resort. The service in the restaurant, by the pool, in the bar and room service were beyond my expectation. - Location The hotel was in a peaceful and quiet Bay and 10-minutes tricycle from the Coron. It was way much better than staying in the town, which was noisy and dirty. - Food The food was satisfactory and the price was reasonable. Highlight for the Hainan Chicken dishes. Breakfast is below Marriott standards and the latte was not very nice. - Room We spent 10000 php to upgrade to the suite (4 nights). The suite is much better than the ordinary room. We recommend the suite. In total, we think it is the best hotel in Coron and price is not as high as Two seasons and Club paradise. We had 1 dining, 2 times SPA for 2 persons, , several drinks during our 4 night stay. The spending was 8600 php. I think the price is reasonable.

The water sports was not much to choose from. Breakfast should provide more choices.

What an amazing stay we had. Staff are so attentive and caring. The resort itself is amazing. Great facilities and amenities. Chef Redg was amazing catering for our vegan dietary needs, making us special meals. 10/10 experience. Thank you!

GREAT EXPERIENCE !

Hotel grounds are very beautiful. All very new. A lovely pool, bar, good food. The bar at the pier is fabulous, with nets and pillows to sit. Great sunset. Staff is awesome, always more than happy to help, with a pure smile on the face. They all made us feel at home. The Hotel did organize our boat trips also, perfect trips, leaving right from Hotel Pier, very convenient. We had a great time, and once we are back to Coron, no doubt this is where we will stay again. Thank you Bacau Team ! Well done !!

An ok over priced not a 4 star resort

Overall its new and clean but the room is very very basic for a 4 star hotel

Over priced in everything despite the standard pricing every where, few examples 1. They will only keep drinkable water is a big jar in the room which of course is not cold, if you want cold water you have to get it from the fridge which is chargeable of course $1 for 250ml bottle, which they will serve you free at the reception. 2. Boat trips for a private tour is charged at 10000 peso ($200) whereas everywhere else is 5000 peso, again unjustified 3. Bus transfer to the airport is standard 150 peso per person, they wanted to charge us 350 per person Overall the amount is not big but the concept is not cool Over and above, breakfast in a no rated hotel is definetely better than in the hotel, there is literally nothing except egg station, rice and pork or chicken, yougurt and juice, very very dissappointing. The room rate for $200 a night in coron you would expect something way higher in terms of standard, No wonder there was only 6 rooms occupied in the resort. What killed it more is at check out they wanted to charge us $6 for requesting an extra room card, I wouldnt say the hotel is overall bad but with all the above i would never book again for this price
